This year, however, we don't have a baby on the way, so in between my mummy duties, I have room to commit to certain projects this year.
Having a baby has taught me so many things, and one of them is this: a year goes incredibly fast.
So this year I am focused on bringing my wonderful Keen Beans the best of me in the form of Food Making and Dream Making.
Of course, this is what Keen Bean Wellness is all about - FOOD! This year I'm bringing you more food and I'm committing myself to helping mummies get their health and new busy mummy lives into balance.
I will be doing this with personalised health coaching sessions, like I did last year and the year before, and also with an exciting event I have given the working title The Mummy Menu. This is a work in progress, so you'll hear more about that soon.
A couple of weeks ago, I sat down and asked myself what I really want to contribute to the world. I thought about who I am as a person, and a lot of my thoughts came down to the fact that I am essentially a dreamer.
I thought about all of the people I have come across in my life who seem to exist rather than live; who have dreams but no idea how to make them come true.
So I started writing a book (which will be finished this year).
Then I started planning coaching sessions and events, and decided that this was a good direction to head in - it just felt right.
So look out for my Dream Making sessions and events - they're going to be good!
I am so freaking excited about 2016, I can feel it's going to be a cracker of a year and I hope you'll join me in making lots of food and dreams come true!
