This is an exercise I do regularly and I find it does this magical thing... It makes me realise that if things aren't working well, it doesn't take much to change them. All it takes is first prioritising and then implementing small steps in your week to satisfy those parts of your life that are lacking.
For example, take Creativity. Some of us may need a lot of it in our lives and others not so much. But if you find it is lacking, if you need more, all it takes is for you to find an hour in your schedule during the week to fit something in. It could mean getting up an hour earlier, or preparing food for the next day so you don't have to worry about food and can instead focus on your creativity.
So each week we will focus on each part of The Circle of Life and you can explore what it means to you, how important it is in your life, and how you think you can nurture it.
